vFolders and Shopify folders are different.
Shopify folders are native store resources managed by Shopify. File Explorer vFolders are app-managed groupings that help you organize the same files for internal workflows.
Removing or reorganizing a vFolder does not change the native Shopify folder structure. Actions that modify Shopify files are presented separately and require an explicit merchant action.
