What is a vFolder?
A vFolder is an organizational grouping managed by File Explorer. It does not replace or modify Shopify’s native folder structure.
What does Refresh do?
Refresh reloads the current interface data. A resource scan requests a broader inventory update and can continue as a background task.
How long is a download available?
The task card shows the availability period for a generated download. Download important archives before that period ends.
Can File Explorer restore a backup?
Not currently. Backups can be downloaded as archives for independent retention; automated restoration into Shopify is not yet provided.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include the store domain, approximate time, browser, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if useful. Remove sensitive information before sending.
